This notice explains how Prism Link handles personal information submitted through the private pilot application form on this website. It applies to pilot applications only. Separate privacy terms may apply to future live Prism Link services.

Information the form collects
The form collects your name, business name, work email address, business type, and town or city. It also contains an anti-spam field that legitimate applicants should leave blank. Netlify may process technical information associated with a submission as part of hosting, security, spam filtering, and form delivery.
Why we collect it
Prism Link uses this information to receive and review your application, assess whether your business may be suitable for the private pilot, contact you about the application or pilot, respond to questions, and protect the form from misuse or spam.
Who can access it
Access is intended to be limited to Prism Link personnel who need the information to administer and review pilot applications, and service providers that process it for the purposes described in this notice. Applicant information is not intended to be sold.
Netlify hosting and form processing
This website is hosted on Netlify, and the application form uses Netlify Forms. Netlify receives and processes submissions on Prism Link’s behalf so applications can be delivered, stored, protected from spam, and accessed through the site administration tools.
Overseas processing
Because Netlify and other infrastructure used to operate the website may process or store information outside New Zealand, your information may be transferred to or processed in other countries. Privacy protections in those countries may differ from those in New Zealand.
How long we keep it
Information from unsuccessful pilot applications is kept for six months and then deleted, unless a longer period is legally required or you agree to further contact. Information connected with accepted applicants may need to be retained under the privacy terms that apply to the pilot or a future live service.
Access and correction
You may ask for access to personal information Prism Link holds about you, or ask for it to be corrected, by emailing [email protected]. Prism Link may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
